Jebron Plating Ltd, changed
to the Metfin computer system in April 2005,
in the first six months of use, we have found
the system to be far easier to use than our
old system, and has made booking in, and despatch
of products far more efficient. Analysis has
shown the system has saved on average around
eight man hours a week on the way we used to
do things.
The facilities within the package, have also
helped to save time, producing reports, and
the package, can be tailored to suit our needs,
quite easily.
The training offered with the system was first
rate, and easily picked up by the various operators.
Another good thing is that Sumari are only a
phone call away, and with the scope to dial
into our system, Su, Richard, and Lee can solve
any problems which arise, an sort them out almost
immediately, a great back up service.
In my opinion (and that of the operators),
it was money well spent.
